Operating regulations for fengmao power diesel generator set
發(fā)電機(jī)組必須由指定人員操作，操作前須認(rèn)真閱讀隨機(jī)操作手冊(cè)及規(guī)定：
The generator set must be operated by the designated personnel. Read the random operation manual and regulations carefully before operation:
啟動(dòng)之前
Before starting
1、檢查柴油機(jī)各部分是否正常（機(jī)組各相應(yīng)機(jī)件）。
Check whether all parts of the diesel engine are normal (corresponding parts of the unit).
2、檢查水箱水位是否滿足（液面應(yīng)盡可能接近加水口面處）。
Check the water level of the water tank (the liquid level should be as close as possible to the water inlet surface).
3、檢查機(jī)油油位（確保機(jī)油液面在油尺刻度最大值和最小值之間）。
Check the oil level of the machine (make sure the oil level of the machine is between the maximum and minimum of the scale)
4、檢查燃油是否充足，有無(wú)滲漏，打開(kāi)油箱開(kāi)關(guān)。
Check if the fuel is adequate and leaking. Turn on the fuel tank switch.
5、檢查蓄電池，合上蓄電池到機(jī)組鏈接之間的開(kāi)關(guān)。
Check the battery and close the switch between the battery and the unit link.
6、檢查空氣開(kāi)關(guān)PFF斷開(kāi)狀態(tài)。
Check air switch PFF break status.
啟動(dòng)及運(yùn)行
Start and run
1、打開(kāi)電鎖，啟動(dòng)柴油機(jī)，機(jī)組啟動(dòng)成功后松開(kāi)啟動(dòng)鑰匙。防止柴油機(jī)損壞，連接啟動(dòng)發(fā)電機(jī)時(shí)間不能超過(guò)10秒，若10面不能啟動(dòng)，須等3-5分鐘方能進(jìn)行下次啟動(dòng)。
Open the electric lock and start the diesel engine. Release the starting key after the unit is started successfully. To prevent diesel engine damage, the time of connecting and starting the generator must not exceed 10 seconds. If 10 surfaces cannot start, it must wait 3-5 minutes for the next start.
2、機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后，檢查柴油機(jī)各種儀表讀數(shù)是否正常。通過(guò)電位器或調(diào)節(jié)油門(mén)拉桿，使電壓為400V，頻率指示為50HZ。
The unit starts, check all kinds of diesel engine if the meter reading is normal. Through the potentiometer or adjust the throttle lever, the voltage is 400 v, 50 hz frequency instructions.
3、機(jī)組正常運(yùn)行，并確定無(wú)任何故障后開(kāi)啟空氣開(kāi)關(guān)到ON位，正常供電。
The unit is in normal operation, and it is determined that there is no fault after opening the air switch to the ON position, normal power supply.
4、機(jī)組帶負(fù)載運(yùn)行中，注意觀察柴油機(jī)儀表上的讀數(shù)，儀表指針必須正常，否則予以調(diào)整。
In the operation of the unit with load, pay attention to the reading on the diesel engine meter, the meter pointer must be normal, otherwise it will be adjusted.
5、水溫：70°--90° 電壓表：380-400V 油壓表：300-500Kpa 頻率表：50-52HZ
Water temperature: 70 °, 90 ° voltmeter: 70-400 - v oil pressure gauge: 300-500 kpa frequency table: 50 to 52 hz
6、發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，不得斷開(kāi)蓄電池與機(jī)組之間的連線。
During the operation of the generating set, the connection between the battery and the unit shall not be cut off.
機(jī)組停機(jī)
Machine stop
1、斷開(kāi)負(fù)荷要緩慢，以保證發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)使用壽命，停機(jī)前應(yīng)斷開(kāi)負(fù)載開(kāi)關(guān)，將機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)1-3分鐘才能停機(jī)。
Disconnect the load slowly to ensure the service life of the engine. Before stopping, disconnect the load switch and run the unit for 1-3 minutes before stopping.
2、停機(jī)檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油、水有無(wú)泄漏，并關(guān)閉燃油閥。
Stop to check engine oil and water for leakage and close fuel valve.
3、當(dāng)機(jī)組發(fā)生緊急狀況時(shí)，允許按下緊急按鈕，切斷供油，使機(jī)組迅速停機(jī)。
When the unit is in an emergency, it is allowed to press the emergency button to cut off the oil supply and shut down the unit quickly.

1、發(fā)電機(jī)組正常運(yùn)行供電時(shí)，隨時(shí)觀察發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)行情況，記錄參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。

2、若無(wú)正常發(fā)電，每月試車(chē)?yán)羞\(yùn)行一次，每次運(yùn)行時(shí)間10-20分鐘左右，例行運(yùn)行時(shí)，啟動(dòng)后檢查運(yùn)行狀況，記錄參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。
If there is no normal power generation, the test run should be conducted once a month. The running time should be about 10-20 minutes each time. During the routine operation, the running condition should be checked after starting up and the parameter data should be recorded.
